The website impact-forecast.com including the Climate impact forecast tool is a project by Impact Forecast (KVK 80300138 ), is a person and company located at Lloydstraat 90, 3024EA, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement, and may further be referred to as “impact-forecast.com”.

SUMMARY

Only the information that you provide to sign up is processed and kept, only as needed to deliver the use of the tool. Information entered into the Cif tool is only processed on your device and is not collected. Cookies and third-party software are used for a smooth and safe user experience. You can edit and remove any information you supplied. Contact details are provided in case you need us to remove your information.

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

impact-forecast.com processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

  • Address data
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Information about your activities on our website

WE DO NOT PROCESS SPECIAL, COMPANY SECRET OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION

The information that we collect is the minimum necessary information for payment and membership. Data entered in the Cif tool is not collected; the information provided about the company or innovation and the calculated impact remain on the user’s computer.

  • Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at [email protected] and we will remove this information.

impact-forecast.com does not make decisions based on automated processing, including matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. Subscriptions expire automatically and all payments are one-off.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

impact-forecast.com does not store your personal information for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your information is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: Personal data subscription> 1 year after the subscription ends> to make it easy to take out a new subscription after a break

  • Payment of personal data> 5 years after the end of the subscription> to comply with the statutory retention period of administration for tax

impact-forecast.com does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
